About
“Courage is not the absence of fear… it’s moving forward in spite of it. Do something today that your future self will thank you for.”
We all face struggles that shape who we are and how we experience life. For me, those challenges included growing up with ADHD, and childhood abuse. While these experiences were painful, they also sparked a lifelong fascination with human nature—how we form our identity, and how we bring that identity into our relationships and daily life.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people overcome obstacles and unlock their full potential. We often believe we should be able to control our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—but life has a way of challenging that belief. Whether the struggle comes from within or is triggered by external circumstances, the result can be confusion, feeling stuck, pain and even hopelessness.
Real change begins by understanding the sources and triggers behind our struggles. From there, we can harness the power of the present, connect with hope for the future, and take measurable steps toward growth, healing, and restoration.
In my professional journey, I discovered Neurofeedback—an evidence-based brain training system that helps the brain increase its efficiency. Neurofeedback can enhance both personal and professional well-being, and complement the counselling experience.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: people need to feel safe and understood. I’m committed to creating a space where clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered to grow.
