Starting Counselling
There are numerous ways that people can feel about starting counselling. Some experience discomfort or unease, while others might have a sense of anticipation – all of which are normal responses. To make the initial intake process as painless as possible, we have provided helpful forms for you to fill out.
- The Intake is your first step. It is recommended that we receive your intake details before scheduling an appointment, as it allows us to fit you with the best therapist for your needs. Please call us to complete the intake questions over the phone, or you can email, fax or bring the form to our office. All information provided is kept confidential between the administrative team and designated therapist.
- Our director reviews the intake form and matches you with the best therapist to suit your needs. Your therapist will call you to schedule an appointment.
