Insurance:

Many extended health benefits plans reimburse for counselling services. Consider the following when inquiring with your provider:

• What are my counselling benefits?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
• What therapist qualifications are required for reimbursement? Most of our therapists are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) – please see the our team page for more information on therapist qualifications.

Some extended health insurance plans will pay for part or all of the services of a counsellor. Please check with your plan prior to your first visit.

We are able to direct bill to:

• Greenshield
• Pacific Blue Cross

If we are not able to bill your insurance company directly, we will email you a receipt at the time of payment with your counsellor’s credentials that you can send to your carrier for reimbursement.
