About

My goal in counseling is to help individuals grow, become more resilient, and
improve their well-being by providing a safe and empathetic environment for self-
exploration and healing.

I believe in taking a holistic and comprehensive approach to counseling. This
involves integrating various therapeutic modalities customized to each client’s specific
needs and preferences. This means that I draw from various psychological techniques
and approaches to create a treatment plan uniquely tailored to the client’s
circumstances. I have extensive training in REBT/CBT and utilize motivational
interviewing and solution-focused brief therapy to support clients.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counselling.
I am registered with BCACC # 23184, I am also a member of the Romanian
Psychologist Association.

I have experience working with adults, young adults, youth, and children. I have
been an ABA therapist for several years, working with children with disabilities and
autism. Additionally, I have experience working with youth who struggle with substance
use and mental health. My clients have been impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression,
anger management, life transitions, grief and loss, youth concerns, substance use,
relationship issues, and men’s issues.

During my leisure hours, I take pleasure in immersing myself in a good book,
exploring the outdoors with my children, and actively engaging with the youth in various
activities organized by our church community.
