Inderjit Aujla is a Registered Clinical Counselor with a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology. She has fifteen plus years in the helping profession working with children, teens, and families including those from diverse backgrounds.

Inderjit practices an all-inclusive approach that heals the wholeness of a person. She believes that mental health is an important part of our well-being. It is easier to reach out when we are in physical pain, reaching out to take care of our emotional health takes much courage. Her goal in therapy is to hear you and validate your experiences from a place of compassion and empathy.

Inderjit’s practice is informed by person centered, narrative, attachment based, and relational perspectives. She is also trained in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She works with children, teens, adults, couples and families.

Areas of counselling practice include: anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, women’s issues, interpersonal violence, anger management, relationships, grief and loss, addictions, abuse, and self-harm.
