Liz holds a deep sense of genuine empathy that lends itself to providing a warm, non-judgmental, and therapeutic space for clients. She believes every human being has strengths and resources, and that freedom, empowerment, and change can arise out of new experience and choice.
Liz works primarily from a systemic, experiential therapy framework, utilizing Satir Therapy, Mindfulness, Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Attachment theory.
Liz holds a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from ACTS Trinity Western University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors.
