About
Nicole feels privileged to support clients as they walk through life’s difficult times. Working from a client centered perspective, she strives to engage in warm and empathic relationships while supporting growth and change. Nicole practices from the cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused, fand family systems theory modalities. She is a mature interning student at Yorkville University completing her Master’s in counselling Psychology. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British columbia. She started her career in community not for profit, then spent twenty years as a family and youth support worker for the Langley school district. Nicole brings both her work and lived experience, along with a warm and practical nature, to her practice.
