Tara is passionate about continuous growth, learning, and connecting with individuals. Tara’s warm, observant, and empathetic approach helps clients feel safe and supported. She has an educational background in music and psychology. Tara is involved in youth work and music ministry. She has worked with teens, singles, and couples. Tara has experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, academic concerns, post-secondary decisions, addictions, boundaries, life transitions, grief, missions, self-confidence and self-esteem, third-culture individuals, and spirituality. She has comlpleted Focusing I training and is a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. In her free time she enjoys playing spike-ball, volleyball, piano, travelling, and being mesmerized by God’s creation.
